Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager within 12–18 months. The starting wage is $33,280 per year or $16.00 per hour.

The role covers sales, operations, fleet management, finance processes, and leadership development, offering a clear path to management while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time‑management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
