Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12-18 months. The position offers hands-on experience in sales, operations, fleet management, and finance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience to contribute to high customer service scores
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
• Assist with store operations and compliance
• Support team with miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion
• Understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics
• Shadow and support management in daily operations
• Build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching
• Prepare for future leadership roles through structured training
• Learn how role contributes to/impacts the overall financial wellbeing of the company
