Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. The role offers exposure to sales, service, and operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

The starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn fleet logistics, reporting, and business metrics while preparing for future leadership roles within Hertz.

Qualifications

• Requires 20+ years age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, adaptable and eager to grow
• Exceptional time management skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer experience to drive high service scores
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control
• Assist with store operations and compliance
• Support team with vehicle preparation, lot management and customer service
• Learn finance processes and support deal completion
