Job summary

Tower Loan in the United States is seeking candidates for its Manager Development Program. This full-time trainee program lasts 10-12 months, providing hands-on experience in customer service, sales, finance, and branch operations.

You’ll relocate for promotion into management, receive structured training, and work Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM with occasional Saturdays or extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and support management responsibilities including delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
