84 Lumber is hiring immediately for a Manager Trainee, a full-time, entry-level program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within the company. This hands-on training covers store operations with a clear path to promotion.

No experience is required to start—bring your drive and we’ll teach you the rest. Within 6–12 months top performers may advance, with many trainees becoming General Manager in 3–4 years. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
