84 Lumber is looking for a Manager Trainee to join our full-time, entry-level program designed to prepare you for a leadership role within the company. You will receive hands-on training across store operations with a clear path to management within 6–12 months, including potential pay increases based on performance and position availability.

No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber; dedication and willingness to learn are all you need as you progress through a structured

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Full-time availability (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Willing to relocate for a management position.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred)
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
