The role includes hands-on training across departments with a path to management within a few years and potential promotions based on performance and position availability.

No prior experience is required to begin, and the company emphasizes internal promotion and cross-training across sales, operations, and administration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive sales in a retail store environment.
• Oversee material and store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Read blueprints and create material lists for projects.
• Learn and apply forklift operation and safety procedures.
• Support payroll, invoicing, inventory, and basic financial tasks.
• Gain proficiency in Microsoft Office through a structured training plan.
