Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months. The role offers growth in sales, operations, and finance within a fast-paced environment.

The position emphasizes learning all aspects of the business, with hands-on experience in fleet logistics, customer service, and team leadership as you train for future management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: assist with fleet logistics, inventory control, store operations, and compliance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion, reporting, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management, build skills in scheduling and performance coaching.
