Job summary

Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12–18 months.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics, customer service, and daily operations, while learning sales techniques and CRM best practices. This role prepares you for future leadership responsibilities within Hertz.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: assist with fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: help clean and prep vehicles and manage lots.
• Finance & Administration: learn reporting and business metrics.
