Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months.

The role offers exposure across sales, operations, fleet management, and finance, with structured training to grow into leadership positions. The starting wage is $17.00 per hour and the position requires flexibility, strong communication, and a drive to excel.

Competenze

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
