Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with opportunities to learn sales, CRM, operations, and finance processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Sell and apply CRM best practices to improve customer interactions.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: support team with cleaning, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow management, build skills in team leadership, scheduling and coaching; prepare for future roles.
