Aufgaben

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning vehicles, lot management, and customer service
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting and metrics
• Leadership Development: shadow management, develop team leadership, scheduling and performance coaching.
