Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and strong computer/multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; eager to grow.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a professional environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of location sales goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience to boost service scores.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM practices.
• Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Support vehicle cleaning, lot management, and customer service.
