Hertz Local Edition (HLE) in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Manager Trainee to support location performance, lead initiatives, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. Starting wage is $17.00 per hour, with rapid growth opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role covers sales, operations, fleet management, finance, and leadership development, offering hands-on experience across the business.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
• Exceptional time management skills
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Presentable attire
• Experience working in a professional environment

Responsabilités

• Sales & Customer Service: Support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Sell techniques and CRM best practices: Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: Gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control and assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: Support team with cleaning and preparing vehicles, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: Learn finance processes and support deal completion, reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: Shadow and support management, build leadership, scheduling, and coaching skills, and prepare for future roles.
