Hertz Local Edition is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for future promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. You will gain exposure to sales, operations, fleet management, and administration while learning leadership fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Learn and apply sales techniques and CRM best practices.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Assist with store operations and compliance.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: support team with cleaning, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting and metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management, build skills in scheduling and coaching, prepare for leadership roles.
