In 10–12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

The program emphasizes internal promotion, comprehensive training, and a clear path to leadership, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM–5:30

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Develop proficiency in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and recommending solutions.
• Support management with workload delegation and loan document analysis.
