Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for its Manager Development Program in Louisiana. In 10–12 months, you will gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, earning competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You will develop skills across leadership, recruitment, staff development, and performance management while contributing to branch goals and customer success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Experience in Sales, Collections, or Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening and recommending best services.
• Offer optional products to meet customer needs.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in achieving office goals.
• Learn and support management duties such as delegation and loan document analysis.
• Develop leadership skills across recruitment, staff development, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
