Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training program develops you for the world of Menards Management, with hands-on experience and mentorship from store leadership.

As you progress, you will work with General Management and Department Managers to build understanding of our business and prepare for a management role. This role offers on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a promote-from-within culture across 330+ store

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and leadership is beneficial.
• Leadership skills and ability to develop a team are valued.

Responsibilities
