Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals for a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop future leaders in retail management. The position offers hands-on training, mentorship from store leadership, and real responsibility as you progress toward a management role.

As you advance through the program, you will work with a General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a thorough understanding of our business and prepare you for leadership responsibilities at

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time, hands-on Manager Trainee training program.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role.
• Provide pathways to promotion across Menards 330+ locations, corporate office and facilities.
