Menards is seeking motivated individuals for our Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training track designed to develop and prepare you for the world of Menards Management.

As you progress, the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help you understand our business and prepare you to take on a management role in the near future!

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
