Menards is seeking a Manager Trainee in Illinois to join a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop you into a store leader.

Throughout the program, General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will help you build a deep understanding of our business and prepare you for a management role in the near future.
