Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program in Cape Girardeau, MO. This paid, full-time training role develops you for a future management position within the company.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on experience and build the skills to advance into management roles across Menards’ network.
