Job summary

Menards seeks a motivated candidate for its Manager Trainee program in Toledo. This paid, full-time training position prepares you for a future management role within the growing Menards network.

As you progress through the trainee program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build a strong understanding of our business and prepare for a management role in the near future.

Qualifications

• Customer service and leadership abilities.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Willing to complete a paid, full-time manager trainee program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time manager trainee program to develop management skills.
• Work with General Management and Store Teams to learn store operations.
