Job summary

Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop you for a career in Menards Management. You will train on-the-job with the General Management team and Store Leaders to build practical leadership skills.

As you progress, you’ll work alongside your team to understand our business and prepare for a management role. Upon completion, you may advance to any of our 330+ stores, Corporate Office, or Distribution Centers.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, full-time training program to develop management skills.
