Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program in Fort Dodge, IA, designed to develop future General Managers through hands-on training and mentorship from store leadership.

You will work alongside General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn our business, lead teams, and prepare for a management role in the near term. A promote-from-within culture supports career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to train, coach and develop store team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth flow of customer service.
