Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to train and prepare you for a future management role within our growing company.

You will work closely with General Management and Store Teams to develop your understanding of our business and prepare for a store leadership position, with opportunities to advance across our 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to learn store operations.
