Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is looking for candidates to join a paid Manager Trainee program designed to train you for a future store management role. You will work closely with leadership to learn every aspect of running a Menards store.

Throughout the program, General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members will mentor you as you gain hands-on experience and leadership skills. Successful completion opens opportunities across 330+ locations and beyond.

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or related coursework is beneficial.
