Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking a Manager Trainee for our retail operations. This paid, full-time, hands-on training program develops and prepares you for a world of Menards Management.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build your understanding of our business and move toward a management role in the near future. Advancement opportunities across 330+ Store Locations await.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time, hands-on training program to develop and prepare you for management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn the business and grow into a management role.
• Pursue advancement opportunities within Menards’ promotion-from-within culture.
