Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join the Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for a future management role within our expanding retail operation.

During the program, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to closely learn our business and prepare for advancement across 330+ store locations, corporate, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities
