Menards Inc. is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a management career in retail.

You will work alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn the business and gear up for a future management role. As you progress, you gain exposure to advancement opportunities within our 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and distribution centers, supported by a strong

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
