Job summary

Menards is recruiting for a Manager Trainee to start a rewarding career in retail management. This paid, full-time program develops you through hands-on training and close collaboration with senior leaders to prepare you for future management roles.

You will rotate with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and gain leadership experience, with clear advancement pathways across 330+ stores.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role.
• Progress through training to assume management responsibilities at a Menards location.
