Job summary

Menards Inc. invites you to join its Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time training path designed to develop you into a store management role. You will collaborate with General Management and Department Managers to gain hands-on experience and prepare for advancement.

As you progress, you will have opportunities to advance to roles across 330+ Menards locations and corporate facilities, with a promote-from-within culture supporting internal growth.
