Menards Inc. is offering a Manager Trainee program in Michigan for individuals seeking a kickoff into retail management. The paid, full-time training is designed to develop you for future leadership roles across our store network.

As you progress, your leadership and customer service skills will be cultivated with guidance from General Management and Department Managers to prepare you for on-going management responsibilities.
