Job summary

Menards Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Manager Trainee for a paid, full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop future store leaders.

As you progress, you'll work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role, with promotion-from-within culture and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or managing a team preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Interest in progressing to a management role within retail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
