Job summary

Menards Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program in retail management. The paid, full-time training is designed to develop future store leaders through hands-on experience and mentorship.

As you progress, you will work with the General Management team and Department Managers to build understanding of our business and prepare for a management role at one of our locations, with opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Leadership experience or ability to develop and mentor a team.
• Business-related degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in the Manager Trainee program to develop management skills.
• Collaborate with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations.
• Progress through the program toward a store management role across multiple locations.
