Menards seeks motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop and prepare you for management roles within the company.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will guide you toward leadership opportunities across Menards 330+ store locations, corporate offices, and distribution centers.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills preferred.
• Leadership experience or business-related degree preferred.
