Job summary

Menards is hiring for a Retail Management Manager Trainee in Minnesota. The paid, full-time program develops you for future management roles through hands-on training alongside store teams.

As you progress, you’ll work with General Management and Department Managers to build knowledge of store operations, leadership, and customer service, with clear advancement into a management position across Menards’ 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or relevant degree preferred.
• Ability to learn fast and progress through a hands-on training program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee training program.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn store operations.
• Develop readiness to assume a management role across locations.
