Job summary

Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role within our growing retail network. You will gain hands-on experience across store operations and leadership responsibilities as you progress through the program.

As you advance, your team and store leadership will mentor you to take on larger responsibilities, with opportunities to promote to Store Locations, Corporate Office, Manufacturing Facilities, and Distribution

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program and complete hands-on training.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to understand the business and prepare for a management role.
• Progress through the program with opportunities to advance to 330+ store locations, corporate office, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.
