Job summary

Menards in Indiana is seeking candidates for its Manager Trainee program. This paid, full-time training role develops you for a future management position by pairing hands-on store experience with guidance from General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members.

As you progress, you’ll rotate through departments and be prepared to lead a team, delivering outstanding customer service while embracing a promote-from-within culture and opportunities to advance to 330+ stores.

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Leadership experience or business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams to achieve sales and service goals.
