Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee in Retail Management in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The paid, full-time training program develops you for a future management role within the company.

Throughout the program, you will work with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to build deep knowledge of our business and prepare you for leadership positions across 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, hands-on training in store management.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to develop understanding of the business and prepare for a management role.
