Menards Inc. in Minnesota is seeking motivated individuals for our paid Manager Trainee program. This full-time, hands-on training is designed to develop you into a store leader.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare for a management role. Our promote-from-within culture offers endless advancement across 330+ stores and facilities.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a paid, full-time training program.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee program to develop store leadership.
