Menards is seeking motivated individuals for its Manager Trainee program in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This paid, full-time training prepares you for a future leadership role within the company.

You will work alongside store teams and management to understand operations, customer service, and team development, with advancement opportunities across 330+ locations.

Qualifications

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Manager Trainee program to build foundational store leadership.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn operations and people management.
