Job summary

Menards is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee program in Illinois. The role is full-time and designed to develop you for a future management position within the company. You will train with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members as you learn the business and leadership skills.

The program emphasizes advancement within Menards’ promote-from-within culture, with opportunities to move to 330+ store locations, Corporate Office, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers.

• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
