Job summary

Menards is seeking candidates for a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop leadership skills for a career in retail management. The program provides hands-on training and pairing with store leadership to build foundational management abilities.

As you progress, you will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to deepen your understanding of the business and prepare for a future management role.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills (as highlighted in the ad).
• Willingness to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities
