Menards is offering a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for retail management. You will train alongside General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain hands-on leadership experience and an understanding of our business.

As you progress, the organization emphasizes promote-from-within growth, with opportunities to advance to store locations, corporate roles, or distribution centers.

• Outstanding Customer Service skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in the paid Manager Trainee training program to build retail management skills.
• Work with General Management, Department Managers and Store Team Members to learn operations and leadership.
