Menards in Wisconsin is offering a paid Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for management responsibilities. This full-time, hands-on training will pair you with the General Management team and Store Team Members to build essential skills in store operations and leadership.

As you progress, you will gain exposure to core management functions and be prepared to move into a store leadership role, with opportunities to advance across Menards’ 330+ locations and beyond.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and leadership ability.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.
