Menards is looking for motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program in Olathe, KS. This paid, full-time training position prepares you for future management roles by pairing you with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to develop a deep understanding of the business.

As you progress, you’ll gain leadership experience and have the opportunity to promote to one of Menards 330+ store locations or corporate facilities.
