Menards is hiring for a Manager Trainee program in Columbus, OH. This paid, full-time hands-on training develops you for leadership in store management.

You will work with management and store teams to understand the business and prepare for a future management role, with advancement opportunities across 330+ store locations and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience or a Business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities
