Job summary

Menards is seeking motivated individuals to join its Manager Trainee program, a paid, full-time, hands-on training path designed to develop and prepare you for a future management role.

You will work closely with your General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to gain a deep understanding of the business and prepare for advancement within a promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented and able to lead a team.
• Interest in retail management and development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in paid, full-time Manager Trainee training.
• Work with General Management and Store Team Members to develop management skills.
• Progress toward a management role after program completion.
