Job summary

Menards offers a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program designed to develop and prepare you for store management. You will work with General Management, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to learn our business and prepare you for future leadership roles.

As you progress, you’ll be eligible to promote to roles across Menards 330+ store locations, corporate office, and distribution centers. This program is ideal for those who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program.
• Work with General Management and Department Managers to learn operations.
